Prishtina. April 25, 2010. Despite the protests of Serbian authorities,other illegal serbian base stations of the Serbian mobile operators have been disabled. Operators of unlicensed mobile phone ave been a big problem for potential investors. Kosovo will open the tender for privatization of PTK by June and will announce the winner in August or September. April 27 Commenting on Prishtina’s moves to disable all Serbian mobile phone operators in Kosovo, Kouchner said “mobile phones are working as far as I know.
